You might just find your ‘aha’ moment when we zoom out and look at the whole picture.

THE YNAP METHOD

YNAP looks at how you feel, how you move, how you eat, what you need, what matters to you and how your everyday life actually works.

Because those things don't exist separately. And neither do you.

The YNAP Method brings them together, helping you understand what's going on, decide what you want and make changes that work in the life you're actually living.

YOUR NEW ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER.

That’s what YNAP stands for.

But accountability here means something a little different.

Not someone checking whether you did what you said you would do.

Not someone telling you to try harder, be more disciplined or stick to the plan.

Your New Accountability Partner is someone alongside you — helping you understand what you want, what you need, what’s getting in the way and what would need to be true for it to work in your life.

Sometimes that’s coaching. Sometimes it’s movement or nutrition. Sometimes it’s looking at the practical things around you that are making everything harder than it needs to be.

The point isn’t to hold you accountable to a plan just because you made one.
It’s to help you work out what actually works — and build something you can follow through on.

Change doesn't start with fixing yourself.

THE THINKING BEHIND YNAP

Before deciding what needs to change, understand what's actually happening — what you need, what matters to you and what's taking up your space.

UNDERSTAND

Your mind, body and everyday life affect each other. Movement, nutrition, coaching and practical support don't have to live in separate boxes.

SUPPORT

A plan only works if it can exist in your actual life. We look at your time, energy, responsibilities, environment and everyday friction — and build from there.

MAKE IT WORK

Everything has dependencies.

The things you want to do don't happen in isolation. Moving more might depend on childcare, work, travel time, recovery, what you're wearing, where you're training and whether you know what you're doing when you get there.

Eating differently might depend on what gets bought, when you shop, who you're feeding, what you can afford, what you've prepared and how much capacity you have when dinner comes around.

So rather than immediately asking you to try harder, we look at what the change you’re trying to make actually depends on — and what would need to be true for it to work in your life.

Because life doesn’t happen in separate boxes.

ONE PERSON. THE WHOLE PICTURE.

How you feel, how you move, how you eat and how your everyday life works all affect each other.

YNAP brings those things together — so we can work on what actually needs your attention, rather than treating one part of your life as though the rest of it isn’t happening.

01 — COACHING

UNDERSTAND YOURSELF
Make space to think about where you are, what you need, what you want and what might be getting in the way.

Start with what’s actually going on.

02 — MOVEMENT

BUILD STRENGTH AND CAPABILITY
Move in a way that supports your body, your goals and the life you want to live.

Movement that works around you.

03 — NUTRITION

UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS
Learn how to nourish and fuel your body in a way that supports your health, energy, strength and everyday life.

Knowledge you will have forever.

04 — THE FRICTION EDIT

USE YOUR EFFORT WHERE IT MATTERS‍ ‍

Notice what’s using more time, energy or thought than it needs to — and explore what could be simplified, organised, automated, delegated or done differently.

Save your effort for what matters.

YNAP Circle brings women together to pause, reflect, talk and explore some of these things in a small, supportive group.

And sometimes, we do it together.

Find what's standing between you and the thing you're trying to do.

THE FRICTION EDIT

A life without friction isn’t the goal.

Some things are worth the effort. Learning something new. Moving your body. Having the difficult conversation. Holding a boundary. Changing something that isn’t working.

But some friction simply takes from you.

The repeated decisions. The awkward systems. The thing you keep forgetting. The routine that doesn’t work. The admin you could automate. The cupboard that makes every morning harder. The expectation you’ve never stopped to question.

The Friction Edit is about learning to tell the difference.

A focused session to look at something you want to make work better in your life.

Together, we’ll look at what you’re trying to do, what it depends on and where the friction is. We’ll work out what genuinely needs your effort — and what could be removed, reduced, simplified, organised, automated, delegated or redesigned.

You’ll leave with a practical edit of what you want to change — built around your actual life.

that needs attention.

THE YNAP METHOD, IN REAL LIFE

MOVEMENT

YOU WANT TO MOVE MORE

You’ve decided you want to train three times a week, but somehow another week passes and it hasn’t happened.

So we look at the dependencies and everything happening around the workout.

When could training realistically fit? How much time do you actually have? What needs to happen before and after it? Where are you training? What are you wearing? Do you know what you’re doing when you get there? Are you recovered from your last session? Could a 30-minute workout work better than trying to find an hour? What else is competing for that time?

Instead of suggesting you try harder, we get curious about what’s making it hard.

Maybe you don’t need more discipline. Maybe we need to make movement fit your life, not your life fit around the movement.

NUTRITION

YOU WANT TO EAT DIFFERENTLY

You know roughly how you’d like to eat, but by the end of another busy week, it hasn’t quite happened.

So we look at what eating differently actually depends on.

When are you shopping? What food is in the house? Who else are you feeding? How much time and energy do you have when dinner comes around? What happens on the days you work late? Is there something you can prepare once and use several times? Are you relying on yourself to make good decisions at the exact point you’re tired, hungry and short on time?

Maybe you don’t need another meal plan. Maybe we need to make eating well easier to do in the life you already have.

COACHING

YOU KNOW SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE

You’re not necessarily sure what. You just know that the way things are working now doesn’t feel right anymore.

So rather than rushing to set a goal, we look at what’s actually going on.

What’s taking most of your time, energy or headspace? What are you doing because you genuinely want to — and what are you doing because it’s expected of you? What are you tolerating? What keeps getting pushed aside? What do you need that you’re currently not getting? And if something did change, what else in your life would that affect?

Maybe you don’t need to reinvent yourself. Maybe you need enough space to hear what you already know.

EVERYDAY LIFE

EVERYTHING FEELS HARDER THAN IT SHOULD

Nothing is necessarily catastrophically wrong. But you’re constantly remembering, organising, deciding, finding, carrying, rearranging and working around things.

So we look at where the friction actually is.

What keeps going wrong at the same point? What are you deciding repeatedly? What do you keep forgetting? What takes three steps when it could take one? What are you doing manually that could be automated? What could live somewhere else, happen at a different time, be prepared in advance, delegated or simply stopped? And which bits genuinely need your effort?

Maybe you don’t need to get better at keeping on top of everything. Maybe everything doesn’t need to be this hard to keep on top of.

You don't need to know which bit you need.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Start with where you are now. We'll work out what support makes sense from there.
